What do you like most?
Roomkey support is great. Got a hold of Adam this morning and he fixed a rather complicated issue we created ourself.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Keep the support team. For us this is what makes or breaks a deal. Customers need support and need it quick, your staff cannot troubleshoot with out them.
