What do you like most?
Breezeway's calendar feature helps #operations stay on track with deadlines and assigning which team member is responsible for it. task management has never been easier and there is NO WAY we'd be able to go without this feature now that we're using it. Tasks can be tailored to a particular property, associated with specific reservations, organized with tags, be based off a template, set to be recurring, be linked to each other so they will be completed in a particular order, and so much more! Our team members make good use of the comments in each task so everyone can read what is going on and be on the same page, which saves a lot of redundancy or mis-communication between us. The recent addition of the Guest Guide is fantastic and we were happy to switch to this, as were our guests. Prior to the Guide, guests had to download an app to see property-specific information. Now, they simply have to click on a link that takes them to a page where they can see what they need to know about their reservation, the home they're staying at, the local area, and FAQS, etc. Also, their #SMS text is easy to use and replies can be read by everyone on your team so anyone can #respond. Guests love the text feature as much as we do. You can create custom templates for auto-messages to go out based on arrival or departure date and can personalize messages with "tokens" such as guest name, wifi passwords, dates, and a whole list of other options. All-in-all it's extremely smart and easy to use. The best thing about Breezeway: their team. Everyone I've encountered is knowledgeable and available to answer questions or offer help when needed. Dealing with them is a joy and I've received some of the best customer service I've ever experienced. I'd recommend them highly, as would everyone I work with.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
At this time, nothing comes to mind. Breezeway seems to be very open to feedback from their users and I've experienced first-hand improvements made after feedback given to them. I have no doubt that if I submitted a suggestion for improvement they would follow up with it.
