The app is web-based, which makes it very convenient to use on a mobile phone and or desktop. This allows flexibility for operations teams, to keep in touch with discrepancies and tickets
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Minor glitches are the only factor, some cases, the link does not allow you to access the website which is sporadic.
