What do you like most?
innRoad has been good to work with. Our front desk staff enjoys the ease of the tape chart and the checkin process. I enjoy how easily I can track or change what is happening in the hotel. The rates grid gives a nice snapshot of the hotels revenue and occupancy, and I can set alerts for myself to prevent a missed revenue opportunity.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
We have had some struggles with reporting. innRoad has been diligent in getting those issues handled once I was connected with the correct people.
