Great service and partnership. Small team relationship mentality which means we move through changes and customization needs quickly. Work as if they are internal team not external vendors.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Could provide more customized reporting. In addition to the great platform, they could further develop to be one stop shop for all RM analytics and data.
