What do you like most?
The people. So responsive and helpful. Great training tools. Anytime I need assistance with setting something up there seems to be a training video or information online that allows me to easily solve my own problems. So easy to use and set up. Breezeway has allowed us to streamline operations! The automated workflows are easy to set up and allow for accountability from all areas of our organization. This tool has also allowed operations tasks to be easily viewed from the dashboard
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Option extra onboarding fee for additional set up support. Be sure you have enough staff resources, set aside to properly set the system up and implement for your organization. It is a little bit time- consuming in the beginning, but having these tools is invaluable.
