What do you like most?
The customisation of our website with SHR is simple to do. One can update site links, change photos, and update text in just a few clicks. This allows you to constantly refresh and improve your site to ensure that we are always showing off the best and most exciting parts of our premises. The team at SHR are always extremely responsive when dealing with any queries I or my colleagues may have and are quick to resolve any issues. The expansive reporting features in the BKE allow for incredible insights and stay on top of trends and markets. Our account manager (Tom) provides excellent monthly insights and expert advice on what we can do as a company to grow and improve bookings and sales. Tom and the team at SHR are a pleasure to work with and an incredible asset to the business.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Any issues that we encounter, Tom and the team are always on hand to resolve them as well as provide advice as to how we can best optimise our features. At present, there are no obvious drawbacks to working with SHR Group
