What do you like most?
Since we worked with bookassist our direct sales have increased abysmally, making them an essential channel. Their professionals are a great asset. Especially Carmen and Gema, who work tirelessly.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
As always, reducing costs would be great, although we can't really complain because the ROI is more than fair.
