What do you like most?
The ease of use for booking initially is nice. I like how everything is color coded so you know the progress of the guests stay. Housekeeping reports is easy to use and a helpful tool for other staff members to know what is going on. The check in and out button is a nice feature so you can know exactly when a guest leaves.The settings menu is easy to use if you need to change things on the back end of things. Tech support is super friendly. Always very patient and kind when I need help. Especially when we first opened and they walked us through so many situations and questions that we constantly had. The use of adding multiple credit cards when guests want to split a room Is user friendly. The night audit function is a good way to make sure that everything has been assigned to the appropriate category.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Sorting items by a particular name instead of them all showing up by a date range. Example if I need to search for candles sold at the establishment I cannot type in just candles and get the results for that one item.It populates everything sold like chocolate covered strawberries or other items sold at the establishment.If there was a way to search for one particular item and use a date range it could help with inventory. Folios can be a little tricky at times. Sometimes it seems that if you just blackout dates and add guest names it is easier that way. When doing a group booking it shows the name of the group on the Home Screen and if you want to add guests names you can only do so in the comment section or another section of the reservation without changing the entire name of the booking. When splitting payments under group folios especially with a check payment it seems to be a little confusing at times. It may be because I do not understand it completely but it seems support has to be called alot when this happens because it is hard to split payments.
