What do you like most?
At Charly, we can happily say that our communication with guests throughout booking and check out whether it's offline or online, is the reason why our brand is so loved by our guests. And Bookboost is playing such a big role in it. We can easily create guest journeys with Charly's touch. Our guests can simply use their preferred app and we can keep track of all communication channels in a single view. We can automate some messages to increase our support agents' productivity. Bookboost really shaped our strong customer communication!
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Would be super nice if there would be a bot suggesting certain message automation based on the accumulated customer communication data! So that we can improve the productivity of support agents more and more!
