What do you like most?
The interface is really intuitive with great pre-built designs which means no expensive coding and you get beautiful emails that work across all major browsers and devices.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Since the business model is based on number of contacts, you just have to weigh the pricing vs. other CRM software that is built for hotels (vs. for the masses and e-commerce).
