What do you like most?
We started using Bookboost about 1 year ago. Implementation was super easy and fast. Maintaining and improving individual guest journeys even easier. Now we see massive time savings for our onsite team so we can focus on real improvements with human interactions.e've been leveraging Bookboost for approximately a year now, and it's been a game-changer for our hotel. The implementation process was incredibly smooth and efficient, allowing us to quickly start optimizing our guest journeys. What truly sets Bookboost apart is the ease of maintaining and refining these journeys. The intuitive interface empowers us to make timely adjustments, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience for each guest. What do you dislike or think could be improved?
It would be amazing, if we can get even more data about our guests from all different sources matched in 1 profile.Secondly - & there are already working on it - it would be amazing to be able to connect more different apps with Bookboost.
