What do you like most?
Spazious is a tool to use if you are looking for efficiency and speed in responding to requests while automatically analyzing your department's data. It has helped us to keep all of the data in one place while also, giving support to us to answer quickier and easierly to the final client (back office system). When the tool works fluidly and normally in front of the public (front office), it will be even more helpful to keep control of the petitions and analyze the ones that are of quality and the ones that are not for each hotel. I am excited to see how it evolves in long-term and the impact that it could have in confirming groups or events, plus, the actual analysis that the tool offers directly to you to assert the bases of your own action plan. It is easier like this, to understand the product's position and aim for an improvement. Grateful, above all, to Mayka and Loreto (and all their team) for their efforts in supporting us . They have been really flexible with their ideas to accomodate all of our needs.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Spazious has a lot of potential and development in a short and long term, and it is exciting to move along it to see the way it improves and changes. For example, the way it is presented to the back office team, could improve in detailing and into inducing a more intuitive way to work with the tool. The way AI has been introuced in the tool, it's interesting but I believe it could work better, if the clients had been asked about it. Also, it would be interesting if there were not so many listings but an open search to find the leads or information on the page. At the moment, we are going to expand the tool to the public, so, we would like to work the shape and way it is presented to the clients. It would be great if we could have more options of aesthetics, than not just the standard one and be more involved in it. The detail could be improved in the presentation to the final public and in the internal management of the tool. (Informatic support).
