What do you like most?
Intuitive PMS cloud system. Ideal for our hotel with 28 rooms, also with a view to our possible expansion. We also use the Advanced module (the small additional charge is really worth it), it makes working with conferences and family celebrations much easier). Advice and support (German-speaking customer service) are very good and help is provided immediately. Guestline always takes suggestions into account in order to continuously develop the system. The reports are also comprehensive and accordingly helpful in day-to-day business.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Sometimes you have to get used to the logic of the system - but that's something you're used to from other systems. Once you've internalized this, there are no more significant problems (and if there are, there's fast, German-speaking support).
