What do you like most?
Otamiser have supplied us with a tailor-made solution to helping our Revenue Management. With 5 hotels and more than 20 partners, constantly updating pricing was a very time-consuming process. We discuss openly and regularly what we want to achieve - higher ADR or higher occupancy in specific periods and for particular properties - which enables us to focus on driving direct business and business sales. The guys are very adaptable and are quick to make changes as well as recommend strategies. The most surprising results have been more bookings through our own websites, bringing higher revenues and less commissions. I thoroughly recommend that you have a conversation to get ahead of your competitors
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Nothing. This is a system that works and brings more revenue. To be hyper critical maybe a direct extranet communication channel to your dedicated agent...
