What do you like most?
That RevControl is a userfriendly Revenue Management System and the customer support is always super quick to respond. Also the rate buckets are great to use.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The group pricing tool is at the moment generally way off to what we would offer our groups. The rates that it generates usually differ +/- 40 euros.
