What do you like most?
The hotel program is simple and clearly structured. The basic knowledge is easy to learn, so new employees can be trained quickly and easily.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I am a long-term customer (over 10 years) with a maintenance contract. Maintenance used to be several times a year, now only on request, or does that not work for me? The innovations mainly concern new interfaces, which also mean additional costs. In the past, customers were more valued - that's just how I feel. Unfortunately, if you point something out, you are treated as if it was your own fault, even though everything was working perfectly before an update.
