What do you like most?
We are installing a self check-in kiosk and needed to update our front desk key encoders to the next-gen with the security features needed for our set-up.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Hugo was great. I feel that waiting for tech support is a very time consuming process. I've been working with Dormakaba and getting the appropriate tech is cumbersome.
