What do you like most?
Duve is a valuable tool helping our staff to communicate with guests via mobile. Pre- check-in and contactless pre-payment saves a lot of hassle for staff at the front desk, and saves the guest valuable time by cutting out wait time in the lobby. Intuitive, user friendly interface, customizable options are easy to create. Feedback messages sent automatically by sms upon check-out help us monitor quality control.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The messaging app is very useful, quite frankly I cant think of anything that could be improved. Am certain that if something comes to light we will be able to request it and the Duve team are sure to respond .
