What do you like most?
Thanks to SPOTPILOT we did not lose our historical data and pickup data when we changed PMS. This is an advantage for a hotel like ours that did not have the means to reintegrate past information into the new PMS. I was seduced by the all-in-One look of the tool. Frankly, where I used to take 1 hour a day, I'm only 10 minutes away if not less. The alert system set up allows us to get to the essentials and make our pricing decisions from our smartphone whenever we want. It is an undeniable asset in reactivity. We are pleasantly surprised by the synchronization with our PMS which is done live.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I would like there to be a special version for tablets. Even if the responsive version works, I am missing some dedicated operating modes
