What do you like most?
What I like most about Guestware is that once you plug in the information from guests previous experience... it will benefit and enhance the guest service provided on future stays. When you think of guests service and creating a WOW moment. Your tool to achieve it is none other than Guestware. Also, Jeff Bowes our trainer was great.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Looking forward to the Mobile app where pictures could be added and sent via Mobile device.
