What do you like most?
It's very intuitive, and the mapping process with the different channels is very simple (the information about the various rates and rooms is very well laid out in the corresponding section, and it's very easy to map or make changes to the mapping). Furthermore, it's very reliable and efficient when sending changes and updates to prices, availability, and restrictions. It's also worth noting that the control panel is very well designed and provides a comprehensive overview, and that connectivity errors are accurately reported both in notifications and via email.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
In recent months, we've noticed that changes sometimes take a while to be sent, and the update page gets stuck. It doesn't happen very often, but it has occurred a few times. Also, we'd like to be able to remove channels we don't use ourselves without having to contact customer support.
