What do you like most?
I really like the entire Event Temple platform. It is very easy to navigate, user-friendly, and simple to utilize. Our properties have been using Event Temple for over a year now, and I absolutely love it. The platform has made it much easier to manage our meeting and event information while keeping everything organized in one place. I especially appreciate how convenient it is to access proposals, contracts, BEOs, and other important event details. It helps streamline the sales process and makes it easier to stay organized from the initial inquiry through the completion of the event. Another thing I appreciate is that the platform is straightforward and does not feel overly complicated. The layout makes it easy to find the information I need without spending a lot of time searching through different areas. Overall, Event Temple has been a great tool for our properties and has helped make managing our meetings and events more efficient. I have had a very positive experience using the platform and would definitely recommend it to other hotel sales teams looking for an easy-to-use event management system.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
My honest opinion, I really couldn’t say that there is anything I would change at this time because the platform has been very easy for me to navigate and utilize. Even with the new layout, I have found it to be user-friendly and easy to adjust to. The changes have not made the platform confusing or difficult to use, which I really appreciate. I can still find the information and tools I need without having to spend a lot of time figuring out where everything is located. I also like that the platform continues to feel organized and straightforward while providing the features we need to manage our meetings and events. From creating proposals and contracts to keeping track of event details, the process has been pretty seamless for me. Overall, I have had a very positive experience with Event Temple. Since I have been using it for over a year, I feel comfortable with the platform, and the new layout has not negatively impacted my experience. At this point, I honestly don't have any major recommendations for improvement because it has been working very well for our sales process.
