What do you like most?
Sojern has been a game-changer for our property, essentially acting as free advertising for our hotel. Because their model is based entirely on performance, our brand gets valuable online exposure across multiple digital channels at no upfront cost, and we only pay for the bookings we actually receive.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I do wish that Sojern had a way to block specific groups from coming through but that seems to be a very difficult thing to do. They have made my reconciliation easier by adding a reason to the list of options.
