The uncomplicated way to communicate with the guests and that it can remind you as soon as a guest gets in contact with you.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Sometimes I see the guest message and the ai suggestion in the same color it used to be only white for the guests, now I sometimes have to look close enough to find the actual message of the guest.
