What do you like most?
What I particularly appreciate as a hotelier about Guestnet is that our guests can find everything important for their stay conveniently on their smartphone – from our restaurant offers to wellness treatments to excursion tips and practical information about the room. For us at Alten Wurzhütte, the flexible design is especially a great advantage: We can tailor our content individually to our house and update it at any time. This makes everyday life easier for our team and creates more time for personal guest care. That is exactly where I see the greatest added value: digital service that complements our family hospitality.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
From my perspective as a hotelier, content management could become even easier. Especially with extensive menus and drink lists, it would be helpful to edit multiple products, prices, and images simultaneously. An automatic adjustment of images to the required format would also save a lot of time in everyday life. For multilingual content, I wish for a clear control to see which translations are still missing or need updating after changes. A preview directly during editing would also help to check the presentation for our guests.
