What do you like most?
StayNTouch is easy to navigate, and I like being able to manage reservations, room assignments, and daily operations without having to jump through too many hoops. It works well for managing multiple properties.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Reporting could definitely use some improvement. Some reports are too limited, and finding specific information takes more time than necessary. There also needs to be a way to remove old room types that are no longer being used. More flexibility with reporting and room type management would make daily operations easier.
