What do you like most?
Straiv impresses with reliable support and an app that generally runs smoothly in everyday use. Our guests find it easy to use, primarily due to its clear and user-friendly design. A particularly positive aspect is the Straiv team's continuous development of new features – such as chatbot solutions and WhatsApp integration. It's clear that Straiv remains innovative and is constantly improving.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Backend: Touchpoint/Module selection is often confusing; the setup was very time-consuming because if I change something in the backend in German, I also have to change it in English (no automatic translation).
