He reviewed the details of my configuration, and he was able to give me the answer I needed to know at this time, so it was productive.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Speaking of Channel's configuration itself, I think it would be good to be able to activate the individual passenger discount option, since that was the format our fares were in, and we had to change them all to be able to work with SiteMinder.
