What do you like most?
For me, the channel manager is the most important because I need to be sure that bookings are always up to date and there are no double bookings. Second, comes the software for vacation rentals and the quick connection to various portals, which significantly speeds up the workflow. It is also very advantageous that the range of innovations is very tailored to the respective needs. This is also beneficial even if only a few units are managed.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
For some innovations, I would like a more detailed presentation so I can implement them more quickly. This is especially important for people who have already left professional life and therefore do not have the corresponding experience with handling the individual programs. Especially with the explanatory videos in English, I can no longer keep up at all and need more time to find my way around. This somewhat dampens the joy of new things, and that is a pity.
