What do you like most?
Straiv has been a great support for our operations at THE FLAG Lugano. Thanks to the check-in process, we are able to efficiently operate the hotel with only two reception team members. The platform is user-friendly, reliable, and helps reduce administrative workload significantly. Straiv enables our team to focus more on guest interaction rather than paperwork.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
STRAIV has improved significantly with every new feature and expansion. However, as the setup options have grown, overall navigation and configuration have become more complex. A dedicated setup chatbot within the admin area would be a great addition. This would further improve usability and help hotels get the most and even quicker making the setup.
