What do you like most?
What I value most about Paraty is the proximity of its team and the speed with which they attend to any need. Their tools are intuitive and help us to enhance direct sales efficiently. Additionally, we have always felt very closely supported, with solutions tailored to the hotel's real needs.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
As an area for improvement, I would like to have greater autonomy to customize certain settings or configurations without needing to request support. Still, when we have needed it, the team has always responded quickly and effectively.
