What do you like most?
We have been working with them for several years. They are very effective and always manage with the greatest speed possible. They also adapt to the needs and capabilities of each establishment. They have a great team.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I don't like that they periodically change the person responsible for the account, because although that allows us to meet more team members and I understand it responds to internal reorganizations, working always with the same person makes communication easier, speeds up processes, and helps to better understand how things are managed.
