What do you like most?
I am always greeted with respect regardless how many times I need support. Staff is always helpful. I feel safe calling and always when we hung up, I feel that the task/support was completed.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Nothing that I can think of. Maybe change the awful background music when waiting in line. It is truly noisy :)
