What do you like most?
It is a simple, intuitive, and very user-friendly tool. I would especially highlight the FrontDesk, as it is very visual and allows us to have a clear and quick view of the hotel's situation at all times. Additionally, it makes daily operations much easier, as we can make any changes quickly and easily, without complications. Overall, it is a very practical and convenient tool for daily management.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
It would be very useful to be able to consult the rates of previous years' accommodations. Currently, the system does not allow access to this information, and sometimes we need to recover rates from previous seasons to reuse or duplicate them. Having access to this history would save us time and greatly streamline rate management.
