What do you like most?
Cloudbeds has been a fundamental tool for the efficient management of our rooms. Its intuitive interface allows us to view occupancy and availability in real time from any internet-enabled device, facilitating decision-making even when we're not on the property. One of its most outstanding features is the immediate updating of reservations and occupancy changes, which reduces operational errors and improves coordination between different departments. Furthermore, the platform offers multiple tools that simplify daily administration, from rate and availability management to reports and reservation control. Overall, Cloudbeds has allowed us to optimize our processes, improve operational control, and provide a better experience for both our team and our guests.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I believe there are opportunities for improvement in two main areas. First, greater flexibility in room plans would be beneficial. Currently, requiring only the addition of one room forces a migration to a significantly more expensive plan. A more scalable structure, allowing room capacity adjustments without changing plan categories, would be a great help for growing properties. Second, regarding the booking engine, I believe the previous version offered a better user experience. The ability to view photos and room features before entering stay dates allowed guests to better understand the available options and generate greater interest in booking. Displaying visual and descriptive information about the rooms first can facilitate decision-making and contribute to improved conversion rates.
