What do you like most?
The fact that we do not have to worry about the customer communication anymore. RunnR is always there to answer customer questions. And the customer knows that when the AI is not able to give the requested information, the team will be informed and that he will get an answer later. We can deal with these requested when we have the time for it. Such a peace of mind. And I like the fact that every time when a customer requests is passed to the team, there is the suggestion for content improvement. It really gets better when you start using it.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The Voice AI. It does not get used a lot, so it is more difficult to get it improved. It sometimes has difficulties hearing and understanding the customer.
