What do you like most?
We take a lot of mid-term corporate bookings, and honestly, keeping up with the recurring monthly invoices used to eat up so much of our back-office time. A recent system layout update completely solved this for us. They added an Invoice strategy dropdown directly into the Add Booking and Add Group Booking modals, which shows up whenever you have 'Create invoice' enabled. It lets the front desk choose exactly how to handle the stay's billing cycles right during the initial reservation setup. For regular overnights, we just keep it on the default 'Whole booking' to push one invoice for the entire stay upfront. But for our long-stay guests, we switch it to 'First rate'. This instructs the software to only invoice the first billing cycle immediately, and then the subsequent periods are handled automatically by the monthly automation rules. It gives us full control over long-stay billing from the moment of booking, with no manual follow-up needed from our team later on. It’s saved us a massive amount of administrative tracking.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The workflow itself is brilliant, but when the new dropdown menu first appeared in the booking modals, it caught a couple of our receptionists off guard because they were used to the old layout. It would be great if the system included a tiny inline tooltip or a temporary highlight whenever a new feature is added directly to the main reservation screens, just to make sure the front office staff spots the change during a busy guest check-in rush.
