What do you like most?
Sirvoy is an easy to use channel manager and online booking system for my website. I can manage all my bookings from one place, which saves time and helps avoid double bookings across the different channels.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Communication with Expedia could be better. Guest phone numbers are not displayed, and extras are not separated automatically, as they are with Booking.com. A children option on the booking engine would also help. Guests get confused when they can't enter children, and imported channel bookings don't always show them.
