What do you like most?
Cloudbeds really understood the hoteliers' essential tools and how to manage our resort effectively, from the UI & UX to the channel manager and its distribution channels as well as the AI features to optimize every single decision we create. The PMS is double thumbs up which create an efficient ecosystem, easy reporting access, including the super website builder which is SEO maximized. We really love the booking engine from Cloudbeds that is seamless and integrate, while at the same time the ecosystem also connect with many world's best apps in order to support the entire holistic.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
We hoping soon the feature for meeting rooms/venue blocking and the accounting getting more firm also powerful to use. It is now in Beta and looks promising to be in the part of the ecosystem.
