What do you like most?
I like that SiteMinder is a platform that you can set up with your PMS and pretty much leave it alone to do its thing. Sometimes that can cause mild confusion when you do have to make changes to your set up, but the AI chat features and the live human assistance always guides me to the correct solution.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
It would be nice to see SiteMinder evolve into a platform that allows you to completely manage all features from OTA extranets under your SiteMinder log in. Everything from managing promotions to rates and restrictions all on one site would be amazing.
