What do you like most?
Our family-run guesthouse, Villas Río Ora, is small and managed by us, even though we're older. That's why Cloudbeds has been such a great help. The system makes managing reservations much easier, and especially during peak seasons, it allows us to work in a more organized and efficient way. At first, I had some doubts about using this type of technology, but my son, Manuel Emilio Rojas, explained its advantages and encouraged me to try it. Today, we can say it has been an invaluable tool for our family business. We are very grateful that Cloudbeds has simplified the management of our small project and allows us to focus on what's most important: providing excellent service to our guests.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
During the off-season, it's difficult for us to afford the rate, but perhaps we can make some adjustments for this time of year. Maybe we could offer an off-season promotion for small hotels.
