The customer service is super helpful! Also automated emails work well in the system and the booking app is super easy to adjust and host on our website.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
A bit more flexibility with how we offer room rates and when we reach out to people to pay for their stay e.g. if it's a monthly recurring fee.
