What do you like most?
Great Product and Great Service (Product Owner and Account Manager). Easy to learn, use, navigate, and even easy to roll it out with the users. Very User friendly and lots of configurable features. This is Amazing!
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
In the integration and syncing aspect with POS/Simphony/Micros. Due to Timezone differences, Need to adjust on client's timely needs. Local technical/support partnership should be consider.
