What do you like most?
The system is very easy for guests to use. Our staff can make quick changes. It simply makes providing information to guests easier.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Actually, everything works very well. However, we are only using a fraction of its capabilities because of our old PMS—it could do so much more. Being able to disable cleaning for several days at a time would be ideal.
