What do you like most?
Running just a few apartments, we never had the time or expertise to properly monitor competitor prices or adjust rates daily, we were basically guessing. RMS Lite, the new launch of hotellab for small-medium sized properties, changed that completely. It automatically updates our prices based on demand and competitor movement, and we only spend about 15 minutes a day reviewing the daily summary instead of hours manually checking rates. Setup was quick too, we were live within about two weeks.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
RMS Lite  covers exactly what a small property like ours needs, the basics done well, without the complexity of their full PRO subscription. For now Lite RMS is the right fit at our size.
