What do you like most?
I’ve been in this business long enough to have gone through several PMS transitions—they’re never without hiccups, but the level of support you receive makes all the difference. Clear communication, responsiveness, and true ownership of issues are what separate a smooth transition from a disruptive one, and that was evident throughout this process. David is an absolute standout—highly knowledgeable, patient, and always willing to help. Despite a demanding cutover and significant staffing constraints, he remained composed and effective throughout. He anticipated challenges before they surfaced, followed through on every detail, and ensured nothing fell through the cracks. Our transition back to SNT, following a brief stint with a competitor, was seamless in comparison; the difference between the two cutovers was night and day.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I'd like improved reporting. For example we can't pull statistical data very well and can't drill down on OTB data.
