What do you like most?
It has all the features i thought a hotel pms needs. It is versatile. It is also better priced than competitors.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The UI of the whole software can be improved. As I think it is not very intuitive in nature. It can be made simpler and more easy to access. Few things would need to be thought through again from scratch. For example once you get to know how to use it, it becomes simpler but until then which button is in which tab. Where to go to change rates, inventory, rate plan, etc.
