What do you like most?
I have used many tools in my 27 years in hotels, HIA is user friendly and easy to navigate. Took a very brief time to learn to utilize the system.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
When skipping pages it would be easier if they had a breakdown on the side you could click on rather than tabbing through each page back and fourth.
