What do you like most?
We contacted the Visual Matrix regarding the Night Audit not being completed, and they promptly resolved the issue within two hours. I am highly satisfied with their swift and professional response.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Please Try to answer as earliest possible when calling for service. It’s takes more time than usual. Secondly we have issue with booking.com reservation from last week. Some reason we not able to get VCC card info with guest reservation.
